Who is an entrepreneur? What makes a great entrepreneur? Using Intel, Microsoft, Fed-Ex, Southwest, Dell, and Genetech as examples, what was the trigger or mechanism and basis for each to be formed, and what factors allowed them to become successful (model, innovation, vision, deregulation, access, etc.)?
For this discussion, you are to create a multimedia piece (for example, a video, poster, PowerPoint, etc.) of your choosing and post it to the discussion. Then, your two subsequent posts may be text based information.

You will be placed in learning teams for this course and this assignment by your instructor.
The purpose of this week’s team assignment is to complete the team formation process, establish the initial set-up of your team and create a Team Contract <AND> write an opportunity assessment and selection paper (as a team effort.)
Initially, brainstorm an idea of a “New Venture”. Discuss this with your team-mates. What ideas for a “New Venture” do you have? As a budding entrepreneur, what are you passionate about? Why?
