Maintaining a safe environment reflects a level of compassion for the welfare of patients which is a significant aspect of patient care. In order to enhance safety and learn about the causes of error utilizing this error is less harmful as they adhere to make errors less harmful as they are occurrent. This study aims to provide an understanding of my role as a registered nurse to provide care and support in an activity of a safe working environment. The paper will also aim to understand cues shaped up from my judgment in providing safe support to patients. Along with that, the paper will address the strategies to establish support to patients effectively as essentials of care in practice.

On consideration of Rolfe’s reflective model based on “what?”, I comprehend that this aspect deals with my activities of living (ADL) and my learnings from the experience. Enhancing the environment in which nurses work is a way of engaging professionals in engaging professionals for care delivery (Brandão et al. 2019). I believe that most of the students are engaged in ensuring innovative models in order to enhance the quality and safety related to patient care. I learned that the implications of healthcare staff are to collaboratively seek, hear and make a response to feedback based on the service provided (Boamah et al. 2018). As a result, I can visualize that the negative elements account for a feeling of injustice, frustration as a result of care experiences in emotional distress for a vulnerable person (Smith et al. 2016). Caring is a prime aspect of nursing and has to be an essential part of nursing education. I believe that the only way to rely on human costs and reports on decreased productivity and monetary costs is related to the high turnover of employees. I believe that culture broadly shapes up norms, values and assumptions, and culture for a safe environment and culture.

On identifying with the aspect of “so what?” the main purpose is on identifying the cues from my experiment and what is shaped up by judgment about the professional role in safe support for patients with essentials of care for future practice.  I have learned that as a registered nurse provision of quality and ethical goal-directed actions is based on a comprehensive and systematic assessment to provide the best available outcomes (Kouta et al. 2019). These were the cues that I identified from my role as a registered nurse in delivering safe support to the patients in the essentials of care practice. I can also denote that these cues are shaped up by knowledge and skill necessary for good judgment during the course and scope of the experiment.

I have understood that patient safety and supporting a proper relationship lies in delivering a component of safety for enhanced utilization in job satisfaction. I believe that growing evidence for links in the work environment is in behaviour, attitudes, as well as motivation, carried out among the clinicians (Khammar et al. 2019). Therefore, the strength of the relationship is in focusing on patient care for safety for work satisfaction. For patient safety, the prime attribute of a safe hospital environment lies in correlating the landscape of employees’ safety and perception levels. I understand that proper judgment lies in essentials of care and future practice lies in capturing the key insights for brainstorming possible solutions.

I believe that the cues in contemporary judgment lie in demonstrating evidence related to practice. Brandão et al. (2019) view experiential nurses are employed by employers to run into smoothly licensed practice after being accredited for the nursing program and passing onto examination. Nurses’ sudden expectations are related to the restricted clinical skills that serve as a barrier to the role fulfilment and provision of safe care in quality. I understand that the cues are related to the influence of credibility on choices mediated by explicit judgments and credibility in decision making (Gugerty & Link., 2020). I understand that explaining this practice lies in how they add to an evidence-based approach to explicit judgments and valuations.

The domain of “now what?” identifies how the team will work on a possible course of action for upgrading from the mindset as a key benefit for practice. I have understood that a safety-focused approach through team and individual performance is in avoiding errors and limiting the likeliness of errors through communication and reducing error rates. I believe that encouraging guidelines and initiating decision-making are accomplished through proper outcomes (Murray, Sundin & Cope., 2019). I also believe that one of the significant criteria is in providing a key outline to accomplish this goal. I comprehend that access through a dynamic support staff to deliver team success. I have understood that as a registered nurse, based on Standard 6.1, my key goal is to generate a safe and quality practice for agreed outcomes responsive to the nursing needs of people. I also understand that these practices are in the scope of practice. Considering Standard 6.4, I comprehend that my key duty is to initiate timely direction to ensure the delegated practice is safe and correct. Based on Standard 6.5, I also understood that this practice is in accordance with relevant policies, guidelines, standards as well as regulations (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia., 2016). I also believe that in consideration with Standard 6.6, I can understand that utilizing appropriate processes is to identify and report onto potential risk-related issues where this practice is below expected standards.

I believe that by gaining experienced knowledge on nursing standards and professional practice, I will be able to apply them in the future. In this manner, I comprehend that susceptibility to future practice and continuing to work differently leads to supportive strategies in nursing approach to established policies.

Therefore, from the study, it can be concluded that provides an opportunity to critically examine the experiences for connecting it to the learning objectives for the primary course. Maintaining a safe environment lies in focusing on the efforts to help improve the work environment. This study has identified a brief description of the learning experience and cues needed to identify from experience shaped up by judgment. Strategists are finding out ways to support patients in effectively and safely dealing with essentials of care in practice. The evidence denoted in linking evidence to NMBA standards of practice are also linked with in this study.
